壓力係點黎?Where does the stress come from?


「請記著,壓力從來都不是來自生活真正經歷的事情,而是來自你頭腦認為生活在經歷什麼。」


所有壓力都係頭腦嘅思想幻想出黎嘅野

好似覺得自己唔夠錢生存所以有壓力

事實又係咪真係咁唔夠呢?

好多時嘅壓力都係黎自頭腦「以為」點點點

如果吾咁做將來就會咁咁咁

而呢啲咁咁咁大部分都黎自過去嘅經驗同記憶

所以只要我地完全回歸當下

所謂嘅壓力就吾再存在


點解豐盛好難?

因為我地頭腦覺得好難

點解要咁辛苦先有錢?

因為我地頭腦見證住父母都係咁艱難

所以潛移默化都咁樣認為

點解可以咁輕鬆就有錢流入?

因為頭腦容許佢發生

點解有人咁欣賞自己係短時間內參加曬所有event/workshop/healing/coaching?

因為我先欣賞自己嘅能力


黎緊

我地一齊work on我地對錢嘅信念

放低所有壓力迎回我地金錢流動


Where does stress come from?


“Remember that stress doesn’t come from what’s going on in your life. It comes from your THOUGHTS about what’s going on in your life.”


Most of the stress comes from our mind and thoughts.

Its like we thought we can not survive without money so we are anxious.

But is it really the fact?

Mostly stress comes from something we THOUGHT but it may not be real.

If I cant do it, i would bla bla bla.

Those bla bla bla are actually sth in our head which were our experience and memory.

So if we are present, stress doesnt exist.


Why we cant prosper?

Because our mind thought we cant.

Why we feel so hard to earn money?

Because we were learnt from our parents difficulties.

Why the money flow is easy to flow in?

Because my mind allows it to.

Why there are people admiring you to pay all your teaching/coaching/services/products?

Because you start to admire yourself first.


In the upcoming Prosperity Methodology on 1-2/4,

We are dissolving the limiting belief of our prosperity.

Let go of the stress and allow the flow coming in!
