When you are feeling stuck...

Read a few words days ago,

“Connect to your body and you will find your primal force within.”

I really tried but my body had no response.

I felt like crying as if I couldn’t even connect my primal force of life.


There must be some time that our cycle brings us to the darkest and lowest point in life and it is scary because you can’t even trust yourself that you can stand on your own feet.


If you are experiencing this, you are not alone.

I deeply feel the heaviness, insecurity, helplessness, bitterness, disappointment etc.


What I can do is to be with this vulnerable self with peace and silence.

The feeling of insecurity is real but what it describes will happen is not.


The insecurity from war is real but our lives being in threat is not.

The insecurity from income becoming lower is real but our bank account coming to zero is not.

The insecurity from our deteriorating health is real but we barely moving is not.

The insecurity from our sagging face due to ageing is real but the looking ugly and nobody loving us is not.


The feeling is 100% real but 90% of what it describes will happen is fake and is magnified by our fear only.


Feeling comes and goes and let’s be and experience them.

Feeling will eventually go somehow like the cycle of four seasons.

After Winter, there must be Spring.


I am learning to be with my own flow of seasons.

We can’t stop Winter coming but we can do things that are suitable for Winter, so I just need to adjust myself for every season.


Plants will thrive in accordance with the laws of nature.

Plants naturally grow towards sunlight.

The leaves of plants that need more sunlight will become wider and bigger.

In drought climate, plants naturally become fatter to water storage.

We all are beings and creatures being taken care of by Mother Earth and Father Universe.

Just let go of the control of what you think is “right”.


As long as you following your blueprint, you are riding on your flow in life. This is the most natural thing.


So just live your life like a plant!

Go for a walk when the Sun shines☀️

Get a cup of tea if it’s too cold🍵

Breathe long and deep when you are feeling down and let it go🧘🏻‍♀️

Give your family and friends a call when you are feeling bright🤳🏻


You are not alone.

今早看了一段字:

「請連結內在,你自然會找到你的原動力。」

我當真去連結一下,等了良久,我的身體依然沒有動靜。

那一刻我鼻頭一酸,我發現我連這份原動力也沒了。


生命中總有一些日子,自己的週期會跌到落谷底,跌到落黑暗的深處,彷彿自己都不能相信能站穩住腳的感覺。


如果你也在經歷這些時刻,你不是孤單的。

我明白理解那種沉重、不安心、不安穩、不知所措、苦澀、失落、無力……


我可以做的就是陪伴這個時刻的自己,

靜靜的,默默的陪伴自己,

不安不穩的感覺是真的,但不安不穩所描述的事情不是真的


戰亂帶來不安不穩的感覺是真的,但以為生命會有威脅還是假的。

收入減少的不安不穩的感覺是真的,但以為户口只有零是假的。

身體健康下滑而不安不穩的感覺是真的,但以為身體不能再動是假的。

年齡漸長樣貌衰老的不安不穩的感覺是真的,但以為自己真的很醜沒人愛倒是虛假的。


感覺是真的,但感覺所描述的事情有9成都是虛構或被恐懼放大而已。


感覺來來去去,就讓自己好好感受這些部分的自己。

感覺總有一天會過去的,就像四季的週期一樣,冬天過去,春天總會來的。


我現在都在學習跟自己的四季在一起,

我們無法阻擋冬天來到,但我能做冬天適合做的事,所以好好調節自己來迎合每一季就好了。


花草樹木都在自然法則中茁壯成長,

植物會自然朝著太陽光生長;

需要陽光做原料的植物葉片會變得闊大;

在乾旱的氣候,植物自然會變得肥大來儲水……

我們都是,我們都是被地球媽媽和宇宙爸爸所照料,放下我們以為是「對」的控制就好了。


只要跟隨著你的生命藍圖,自然會跟隨著自然法則起動,一切都是最自然不過的事。


視自己如植物般生活吧!

有陽光就出外走走☀️

寒冷時就泡杯熱茶暖心🍵

情緒低落時就好好呼吸讓情緒來去如雲🧘🏻‍♀️

心情舒爽就跟家人朋友通個電話聊聊近況🤳🏻
