2024一眨眼就過去了。
前陣子實在有點忙到不可開交，最近才有時間坐下來回想一下這一年過得怎樣。
很有趣地今天回望過去，我的頭腦比過往來得空白，感覺自己好像沒做過什麼事情般，但同時又很滿足和自在。這種感覺很陌生但又很熟悉，我想陌生是因為過去的自己從未有過這樣的感受和體會，熟悉是因為這可能才是最真實的我。
今年當真做了很多新嘗試，也準備了很多新的工作，大部分都不是直接能帶給我收入的事情，但坦白說我做得好快樂。只要我跟著自己的步伐去走，今天做的事情未必為我帶來直接的收入，卻在他朝最對的時間點回到我的銀行戶口！

這是我整年的得著：
你的真實比任何身份角色都重要
想分享一下 5 月到台灣教學的小插曲。年初的時候，心中有一個召喚就是今年想嘗試一下飛來飛去工作的生活是否真的如我所想的一樣。2 月的時候，我收到我台灣的 Kundalini Yoga Mentor 邀請我去當助教，教授 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training。我是多麼的興奮地，然後一口答應！
但當我把機票、住宿都已經安排好後，出發前3星期，我的 Mentor 給我通了一個電話，內容就是了解一下我現在的角色是什麼。原來一般當助教的原因是因為老師正在考核培訓師，但嚴格來說，我什麼都不是。當時我心沈了一下，這是否代表我不能去了？！
我的導師說：「不要緊，你照來，我們做好教學就好了。」我過去以後，導師解釋了很多當培訓師的官方考核該怎麼申請，就由那時開始我就踏上了培訓師的道路。
導師跟我說：「有很多人有了名份才學習這名份要做的事情，但其實不是這樣，而是你已在做這名份要做的事才會冠上這個名銜。所以你已在做培訓師的事情，名銜是早晚的事。」
我們都習慣把注意力放到我是什麼角色才可做什麼，我要是一位老師才可以做老師該做的事，事實是不論我是否一位老師，我都可以或已經在身教了。如果你還在執著於自己是什麼身份角色才可做什麼，我邀請你放下身份角色的包袱，回到這個身份角色需要做的事務和態度並將其做好，這是最真實而扎根的。
身份角色從來都只是我們的一件衣服，我們真正在做什麼事情才是最重要。
命是今生的天意，但我們的力量也能改今世的運
今年最驚喜的工作莫過於是提供新的工具 -- Nadi Leaf 解讀服務。認識我的人知道我甚少提供命理、算命類的服務，因為我個人認為知道我的命又如何？我又不能改變什麼，那麼知道過後，我又能怎麼辦呢？
我的感覺是葉子上寫的是當下自己最高品質的預測，而要達到這個預測的事情，過程一定有很多選擇要做。比如說：我的預測是未來這 5 年事業上會遇上很多是非，那建議的方法就是做壇城儀式、要小心選擇適合的人去合作等等。那到底我有否去做壇城？有沒有好好的去揀選對的人去合作？還是我維持舊的習慣，什麼人都合作看看的心態呢？
所以預測可能是命，但自己每一個選擇才是改運的關鐽，我覺得這個才是最理想的心態。有意識的看待自己當下的決定，然後那個預測就像是一個大方向，當中有一些比較重要的事情和時間，要注意的我還是會注意。
我們常常在說：「不要被過去牽著鼻子走。」 如果盲目的跟著預測走，那變相只是換成被未來牽著走吧！
我一般都不太會做算命類的服務，但葉子就剛好在很對的時間點出現在我的生命裏，也讓我意識到現在我的成熟度可以把預測這回事拿捏到很好和該怎麼樣去表達。如何讓自己在命中註定下依然能行使自己的力量的確是很大的學問。我不是想吹棒他的神奇，而真的是如何在自己的藍圖底下，掌握好你的選擇權，做到最好的發揮，這才是我最想帶給大家的禮物，拿回我們真正的力量。
我把珍貴的智慧交託世界，宇宙為我帶來珍重我的人
年末的時間，我因為一個朋友做的 Podcast 而受啟發，繼而也創立了自己的個人 Podcast - A Sacred Space。推出的過程翻起了很多過去的舊傷痛：曾經跟別人分享過自己的智慧和想法但被忽視；曾經因為年紀少的關係，所以我的智慧被看輕⋯這些都在我錄製第一集時統統浮起。
「我會再一次被拒絕嗎？」
「我現在夠年長、夠資格分享我的智慧了嗎？」
這些問題都在電光火石之間閃過我的腦袋，但最後我懷著一個心態：
分享我的智慧可以是我此生為世界做的Seva（義工服務）
Seva 是無條件地、不問回報地奉獻我所擁有的。既然神給予我年紀少就有這樣的經歷，累積了我這麼多的智慧，這也是我可以為世界提供的資源。
至於誰會走進我的 Sacred Space？我選擇放手並將其交託給宇宙的法則，讓祂為我安排對的人走到我的神聖空間之內，獲取我的智慧，協助她們繼續走上自己的道路。對我來說這種能量交換很滋養和很值得。
相信我們的方法是可行的
從年頭開始，我作了一個決定 - 不再迎合演說法來經營社交媒體。就在那時開始就崩生了很多經營生意的想法和體會並想協助更多好像我一樣都有靈性底子又在做自己事業的人。
整年都在準備的 Business Coaching 在年末終於開始了 Beta Group。過去4年時間，自己不斷在「佛系」的靈性和坊間著重「結果導向」的營銷模式之間掙扎，到底如何可以尊重自己真實的同時，也可以達到生意的目標呢？經過4年的經驗和實踐，今年終於覺得準備好可以跟大家分享我的方案了。
踏入水瓶年代，我們不再有外在的權威，我們人人都是權威，所以做生意也是一樣。行業龍頭的意義和影響力變得愈來愈小，只要能活出自己的真實本我也可以得到市場的青睞。別人的成功經驗和法則不是用來複製，而要用來參考並啟發自己如何活出你的真實。
做了自己事業十多年，曾經在跟隨別人的方法成功過，卻換來心靈的不自由；曾經只跟隨自己靈性的自由但無法支撐自己的生活；曾經嘗試學習兩者兼顧，花了無數的時間和金錢去上課但依然徒勞和感到無力。就是正正我有過這些往外尋的經歷，才讓我明白原來一切的答案都在我之內。
既然我們都是獨特的靈魂，我們提供的服務都是與別不同，我們怎可能可以在外邊找到完全適合自己的營銷方案呢？
所以我的 Coaching 和教學都是引領大家回到你自己，因為我相信回到內在你自然會找到你的答案，而只要這是屬於你的真實答案，你自然有足夠大的說服力繼續堅守你所相信的，而你所作的一定讓你感到自由、自在和自豪。
世界上還未出現的方案不代表它沒有存在意義，而是正等待著最合適的人將它帶來世界上，而這人可能是你。

Review of 2024
2024 passed in the blink of an eye.
I've been really busy lately, and only recently I have time to sit down and reflect on how I have been this year.
It’s interesting that when I am looking back today, my mind is going blank than ever before. I can't really recall what I have done this year, but at the same time it is fulfilling and I feel grounded. This is strange yet familiar. I think it is strange because I have never had such feelings and experiences in the past before, and it is familiar because this may be the real me?
I have made a lot of new attempts this year and prepared a lot of new projects. Most of them are not jobs that can directly bring me income, but to be honest, I am very happy doing them. As long as I follow my own pace, what I do at the moment will not bring me income immediately, but amazingly it will return to my bank account at the right time!

These are my takeaways this year.
Your truth is more important than any identity
I would like to share a little story about my teaching trip to Taiwan this May. At the beginning of the year, I had a calling that I wanted to try flying around for work to see if it was really what I like. In February, I was invited by my Kundalini Yoga Mentor in Taiwan to be a teaching assistant of Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. How excited I was that I accepted it immediately!
But after I had arranged all my flight tickets and accommodation, my mentor called me three weeks before I flew to find out what my current role was. In general, the reason for being a teaching assistant is because the teacher is qualifying to be trainers, but strictly speaking, I am nothing. My heart stopped at that moment. Does it mean that I couldn’t go now?!
My mentor said, "It's okay, just come. We'll just focus on the teaching." After I arrived there, my mentor explained to me how to apply to be an official trainer. Since then, I started my path to be a trainer.
My mentor told me, “Many people learn what to do after they have a title but it is not like that. You are given the title because you are already doing what this title needs to do. You are already doing the work as a trainer, and it is only a matter of time for you to get the title officially."
We are all used to focusing on what I am allowed to do based on what role I am. I must be a teacher to do what a teacher should do. The fact is whether I am a teacher or not, I can or am already teaching by living an example. If you are still focusing on what you can do based on your certain role, I invite you to let go of any title. Focus on the tasks and attitude that this role requires and perform them well.
Identity and title are always just an outfit for us. What we actually perform and do matters the most.
Fate is God's will this life, but our power can also change our fortune this life
The most surprising work this year is offering a new tool - Nadi Leaf Reading service. People who know me notice that I rarely provide fortune-telling services because personally, what’s the point of knowing my own fate? I can't change anything, so what can I do after knowing it?
My perspective of Nadi Leaf is what is written on the leaf is my highest timeline prediction at the moment. In order to achieve this timeline, we must make many choices in the process. For example: My prediction is I will encounter a lot of rumours and black mouth in my career in the next five years. So the leaf recommended me to do some spiritual rituals and choose carefully who I am going to cooperate with etc. Then did I choose to do the ritual? Did I choose the right people to work with? Or did I just stick to my old self of always saying yes to any collaborations?
So predictions may be the fate, but every choice you make is the key to change your fortune. I think this is the ideal mentality and attitude. I consciously look at my current decision, and the prediction is like a general direction. I will still pay attention to some important things and times predicted in my leaf for sure.
We often say, "Don't allow your past control your present." If you follow the predictions without conscious act, you are simply just controlled by the future as well.
I usually don't do any fortune-telling services, but Nadi Leaf appeared in my life at the right time, and made me realise that I am now mature enough to handle how I see predictions well enough. How I can bring this biggest value out to the world. How to allow yourself to still exercise your own power despite your fate is indeed a great skill. I don't want to brag about its magic, but it's really about how to grasp your options under your own blueprint and achieve your best self. This is the gift I want to bring to my clients which is to reclaiming our power to our fortune.
I offer my precious wisdom to the world, and the universe will naturally bring me the right people who cherish me.
At the end of the year, I was inspired by a podcast made by a friend and started mine - A Sacred Space. The process of launching the series brought up a lot of old wounds: I was ignored the I shared my wisdom and ideas with others; My wisdom was looked down upon because of my young age... They were unfolded when I was recording my first episode.
"Will I be rejected again?"
“Am I old enough now to share my wisdom?”
All these questions ran through my mind in a flash, but at the end I came up with one mindset:
Sharing my wisdom can be my Seva (volunteer service) to the world this life.
Seva is offering what I have unconditionally and without asking for anything in return. Since God has given me such enriching experience at a young age to marinate my wisdom, it is also the resource I can provide to the world.
Who I choose to allow to get into my Sacred Space? I choose to let go and surrender it to the laws of the universe, allowing Him to arrange for the right people to come into my sacred space to access my wisdom, and assist them to continue on their path. For me this energy exchange is very nourishing and worth.
Trust our ways work
Since the beginning of the year, I made a decision that I no longer create my content to fulfil the algorithm. It was the time that I began to ponder about running a business and wanted to help more people like me who are spiritual and are running their own business.
After preparing the Business Coaching all year, we finally started Beta Group at the end of the year. Last four years, I have been struggling between the "Non-doing" spirituality and the "outcome-oriented" marketing model in the market. How can I respect my own authenticity and achieve my business goals at the same time? After 4 years of experimentation and practice, I am finally ready to share my solution with you.
Entering Aquarian Age, we no longer have external authority. We are all an authority and so are doing business. The significance and impact of industry leaders are becoming smaller and smaller. As long as you can live out your true self, you can still gain the favour from the market. The successful experiences and rules of others are not here for us to copy, but to be used as reference and inspiration for yourself on how to live out your authenticity.
I have been an entrepreneur for more than ten years. I was successful by following other people's way of running a business, but my heart did not feel free. I also tried following my own spiritual freedom, but I could not support my life financially. I have tried to balance the two and I spent countless hours and money to take classes but still in vain and felt hopeless. However, without these experiences of looking outside, I won't be able to realised that all the answers are actually within me.
Since we are different souls, the services we provide are all unique. How can we possibly find a marketing strategy out there that is perfectly suited for us? No way!
So my coaching and teaching are to lead everyone return to your inner self because I believe that if you come back to your own, you will naturally find your answer. As long as this is your true answer, it is convincing enough for you to stick to your way and trust it works. I am sure you can definitely feel free, proud and at ease of what you do.
A solution not appearing in the world does not mean that it has no value. Instead, it is waiting for the most suitable person to bring it out to the world and you may be the person.
