愛自己這個主題真的可以跳得更深，潛得更入
我也很懂愛自己啦，很照顧自己的感受啦
很可以滋養自己啦，哪還有什麼需要和解呢？
原來我也看小了愛自己3隻字的廣闊

我們都經歷了很多內在的轉化
跟自己打打氣我們選擇走一條少數人在走的路
這些都是我們出生前就選擇好的人設
我們真的很棒！
然而最刺中我的是：我將要給出這些艱辛主題的服務
我很猶豫，因為我知道過程很不好受
如果給出服務，我感覺像是提供「黑暗」給世界
看著別人難受我也很難受
最後我必須承認原來連給出這些服務都是我靈魂一併選了
而別人「受不受苦」都是該靈魂的選擇
我只是呈現服務在世界上，既然來到我場域就是那個靈魂有足夠的意願去轉化了
那就是雙方靈魂的姻緣
我也要接受 I am not here for everyone and honestly nobody is.
I am here for someone who is ready to transform like me.

The insight of B11
Self-love can bring us deeper than we think.
I know I love myself. I know how to nourish myself.
I embrace my emotions. What else do I need to resolve on self-love?
And I definitely looked down upon the layers of self-love.
If you are already walking on your own path, please read on.
We all transform a lot.
Please give yourself an applause that we have chosen a path that not many people do.
These have been chosen before we were born.
We all have done great.
What hit me the most this time was the realisation of offering services with difficult theme like death, sexual trauma etc
I doubted. I really did as I know it is never a comfy route.
I felt like I am offering “darkness” and “ugliness” to the world and this made me painful to see people in pain.
At the end, I need to acknowledge offering these is also chosen before I was born.
It is none of my business if people are “in pain” or not.
What I need to do is just show up and offer my services.
The one who arrives in my radiance is the one who is truly ready to transform the deep shit.
And these are the commitment between two souls.
I learn to accept a fact that I am not here for everyone and honestly nobody is.
I am here for someone who is ready to transform like me.
