Satya Shanti Temple 4週年了～
回顧創立Satya Shanti Temple的歷程，我不禁要說一句：
「創業真的是一條靈性道路。」
我們會遇上很多人與人之間溝通的挑戰、拿回自己力量的過程、格價調整也會觸碰到自我價值的議題、與金錢的關係、如何安排工作和生活平衡等等十分需要我們時刻的覺察，更是一趟愛自己的旅程。
這些經歷也是內省的機會讓我們快速成長，畢竟外面沒有人呀！
我們的事業就是自己意識的投射。
你所建立的事業，就等於你靈魂的展現。
你想利用這個肉身如何經歷這一生？你又渴望如何過你的生活呢？
有人窮一生做生意但最後賠上了健康，這又是否你想要的？

認清自己的真實
只要是你的真實品質，才是你最得心應手的事，也是你感到最駕輕就熟的才能。當然我們都需要優化技能，但屬於你的真實品質一定是你的熱情，所以你自然會花心力去進步，從而成為專家。真正了解自己的真實，我們就不用扮演任何不屬於自己的人設，那麼我們就不會內耗，身心狀態自然是最輕鬆自在無壓力的。
以你的生活模式為出發點
過去的商業模式都在用健康和時間換取業務的成長，舊的模式已不合時宜，我們都進入水瓶年代了。科技的發達為業務帶來不同的可能性，我們不再只有一兩種既定模式來建立業務。我們能以自己的生活模式為出發點去建立支持自己生活的業務，而不是以我們的生活來支持業務營運，這樣也可以保持業務的彈性，靈活配合人生的轉變，例如生小孩前後我們想要的生活模式都有不同。如果你的業務能支持你照顧小孩，跟小孩有高品質的陪伴，這個才是讓你感到滿足和引以為傲的業務吧。
配合適合你真實品質的行銷策略
世界上所有行銷策略都是有效的，但使用適合你的行銷才是對你有效。如果文字是最能帶出你的真實本我和智慧，但因為最近Reels當道，所以你跑去錄影片，某程度上會令你的信息跑調或稀釋了你想表達的事，你總不能以影片代替你的文字帶出一樣品質的內容吧？與其追逐現在流行的行銷，倒不如好好連結自己的本我並選擇跟你的真實一致的策略比較事半功倍。
我就是這樣走過12年的創業路，曾創立過3個品牌，包括3家工作室，最後都倒閉了，但我獲得了很多營運的經驗。而Satya Shanti Temple是我第4個品牌，至今已營運滿4年，就著以上3點，我的品牌一直伴著我同步成長，現在感覺預備好可以跟更多一人創業者分享帶著靈性意識的創業經驗了。

It is Satya Shanti Temple's 4th Anniversary this year.
What I have learnt from founding Satya Shanti Temple is that
"Entrepreneurship is truly a spiritual path."
We will encounter many challenges on communication among people. Also, we come across the process of reclaiming our own power. Pricing also challenges our self-worth and how we resolve the relationship with money. We may also learn how to manage our work-life balance. These all require our awareness completely. It’s also a journey of self-love and self-respect.
These experiences are opportunities for self-reflection to help us grow tremendously. As within, so without.
Our business is a projection of our own consciousness for sure.
The business we build is the expression of our soul.
How do we want to utilise this physical body to experience this life? How do we want to live our life?
Some people spend their entire lives doing business but it ends up sacrificing their health. Is this truly what you want?
Do you feel genuinely happy when you own the most profitable business in the market but you don't enjoy your job?
Some people are doing a business they like but it doesn’t support their lifestyle and quality. Is this a business you are proud of?
So how can we balance finance, health, passion and happiness in business which can also support your lifestyle?
It requires a lot of awareness and experimentation, and I believe the greatest gift that spirituality brings us is that
As long as we are willing to be honest to ourselves and recognise our truth, everyone can manifest the life we want.
And what we need to do is
to recognise our authenticity
As long as it is our true self, it is the most comfortable thing we do and it is definitely our talent we feel at ease. Of course we all need to improve our skills, but I believe when it is our passion, it's natural for us to make effort to improve and become an expert. If we recognise our own truth, we don’t have to play any persona that doesn’t belong to us. Then we won’t struggle, and this must be our natural state at ease without stress.
to build the business based on your lifestyle
The business models in the past were all about compromising health and time for business growth. The old models are no longer applicable as we are entering the Age of Aquarius. The development of technology has brought different possibilities to business. We no longer have only one or two established models to build successful business. We can build a business that can support our lifestyle rather than compromising our lives to support business development. This can also maintain the flexibility of the business to adapt changes in life, for example what we want before and after having a child could be different. If our business can support us in taking care of our kids and share quality time with them, this is a business we want as we are fulfilled and proud.
to find the right business strategy that aligns our authenticity
All business strategies in the world are effective, but choosing the strategy that aligns our authenticity is the right one for you. For example, if text is the best way to bring out my true self and wisdom, but because Reels is the trend now, so I start to record videos. The messaging could be distorted or dilluted which is not exactly what I want to deliver. I don't think I can bring the same value and quality as my texts by videos, right? Therefore, instead of following the trend, it is better to stay true to ourselves and choose the strategy that supports us to deliver our messaging.
This is how I have been entrepreneurship for 12 years. I have founded 3 brands, including 3 studios, but all of them closed down at the end but I have gained so much experience from them. Satya Shanti Temple is my fourth brand and has been in operation for four years already. My brand has been growing with me by the 3 keys mentioned above. Now I am feeling ready to share my spiritual entrepreneurship with more solopreneurs.
