選擇與一些跟金錢關係良好的朋友在一起
4️⃣練習感恩
練習感恩你所擁有的祝福和豐盛
這會讓你練習專注在你所擁有的而非你的匱乏
5️⃣行動
落實地去行動實踐你想達到的目標
這也會為自己建立自信心

1️⃣Identify your limiting beliefs
Take a look at your beliefs around money and identify your limiting beliefs.
2️⃣Challenge your beliefs
Once you have identified your limiting beliefs, challenge them.
Try ask yourself questions like “Is this really true?” Or “What evidence do I have yo support this belief?”
This helps you see things from an objective perspective.
3️⃣Surround yourself with positivity
Surround yourself with people having positive beliefs around money.
4️⃣Practice gratitude
Practice gratitude by focusing your blessings and abundance.
This helps you shift your focus away from scarcity.
5️⃣Take action
Take action towards your financial goals.
This can build your confidence and self-esteem.
